About Us

Dale Lockyear has been working as a Supply Chain Consultant since 1997. He began his consulting career working for Manugistics, Inc. as the primary consultant for the various evolutions of their fleet routing product. He was one of the co-founders of Apollo at its inception in 2003.

Mr. Lockyear began his career in private fleet management working for Thrifty-Payless, Inc. in 1984. During that tenure he was involved in operations, driver supervision, strategic planning, vendor relations and financial management. He implemented the Manugistics routing system throughout TPI's four distribution centers prior to joining Manugistics after Rite Aid's buyout of TPI.

Scott Pettit has been a Supply Chain consultant since 1999, starting with Ernst & Young, LLP (now known as Capgemini.) He has been a part of the Apollo Logistics Solutions, LLC leadership team since early 2004.

Mr. Pettit began his career as an engineer at NASA's Johnson Space Center, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Boston University. He later earned an MBA with a dual concentration in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from Penn State University, and has been a professional consultant ever since, specializing in supply chain systems implementation and integration.
